GINGERBREAD cooky BALLS




INGREDIENTS

1 (8 oz.) brick cheese, softened
36 Golden biscuit Cookies, finely crushed (about three cups)
3 Tablespoons sirup
2 teaspoons ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
16 ounces chocolate or white candy coating, melted
Decorative sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS

  • MIX cheese and cookie crumbs till amalgamated. Add sirup, ginger, and cinnamon; combine till equally distributed.
  • SHAPE into forty eight (1-inch) balls. Freeze ten min. Dip balls in molten chocolate and high with an ornamental sprinkles (optional). Place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan.
