Red Velvet Gooey Butter Cookies


PRINTA damp and soft cookie that's excellent for the holidays! They very ar DELICIOUS!

Ingredients


  • 2¼ cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons sugarless  chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons leavening
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cheese, softened
  • 4 Tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon red liquid food colour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

Instructions


  1. In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, leavening and salt and put aside.
  2. In a giant bowl, cream the butter and cheese along till swish. drill in the egg and therefore the food colour.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese/butter mixture and blend till dough forms.
  4. Cover bowl with cling film and let chill for regarding two hours.
  5. When able to bake, heat up the kitchen appliance to 350 degrees F.
  6. Place granulated sugar in a very little bowl.
  7. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and so roll every ball in granulated sugar. Place on a lubricated cooking utensil or one lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes and let cookies cool fully on cooling wrack.
  9. Store cookies in air-tight instrumentation for up to three days.
