SMOKED SALMON AND HERB CHEESE CROSTINI
Elegant appetiser created with cooked baguet slices that ar lidded with flavourous herb cheese, cucumbers, radishes, salmon, and contemporary herbs.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 white baguet, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices*
- 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 english cucumber, thinly sliced
- 12 oz. salmon, flaked and/or thinly sliced
- fresh dill
- freshly ground black pepper
- HERB CHEESE
- 4 oz. cheese, softened
- 3 oz. cheese
- 1 little clove
- 2 Tbsp. contemporary dill, chopped
- freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the kitchen appliance to 375 degrees F.
- Arrange the baguet slices on an oversized baking sheet. Bake till cooked, 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway. take away and let cool fully.
- For the herb cheese, mix the cheese, cheese, garlic, and dill in a very kitchen appliance. Season with black pepper, to taste. method till swish.
- To assemble: unfold the cheese mixture on the cooled baguet slices, high with many slices of radishes and cucumber, and so slice of salmon. Garnish with dill sprigs and freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve straight off.
